Daniel C. Pozdol is the managing partner of MBHB. Mr. Pozdol concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters, including patent litigation and patent preparation and prosecution in the computing and telecommunications areas.
Prior to joining MBHB, Mr. Pozdol worked as a software engineer for a Chicago-based trading firm where he helped develop a proprietary stock and options trading platform using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
Mr. Pozdol received the Seventh Circuit Bar Association’s John Paul Stevens Pro Bono and Public Service Award in May, 2012.
