Full-service intellectual property law firm MBHB is pleased to announce that Christopher P. Singer, Ph.D. has joined the firm as an equity partner strengthening the firm’s Chemical, Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals Technology Practice.
Dr. Singer started his career as a technical advisor at MBHB working his way to partner during his nearly 10-year tenure with the firm, before joining another Chicago-area intellectual property firm. After nearly 14 years he rejoins MBHB, bringing extensive experience prosecuting patents and managing portfolios for clients in the life sciences industry with a focus in chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. He has represented clients ranging from individual inventors and emerging companies to national universities and global biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Singer earned his J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago Law School, his M.S. and Ph.D. in biochemistry and chemistry from Northwestern University, and his B.A. in chemistry from Kalamazoo College.
