During this presentation, the co-speakers will discuss the patenting process from when an inventor has an idea for an invention to when the patent office issues a patent. Specifically, they will describe what the inventor should expect during each of the stages of the patenting process:
(1) documenting the invention;
(2) filing a patent application;
(3) working with the patent office; and
(4) patent issuance.
