MBHB partner Dr. Andrew Williams is the featured presenter for a John Marshall Law School Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law-sponsored program entitled, “Harmonization of USPTO Ethical Standards in the Post-AIA Era.” It is set to take place from 11:55 a.m.-12:35 p.m. on April 24, 2015 at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Dr. Williams’ presentation is part of the JMLS’s half-day 7th Annual Ethics in the Practice of Intellectual Property Law. The half-day event is an in-depth program that covers a variety of topics on ethics and professionalism that are relevant to lawyers practicing IP law. Attendees will learn about the types of ethical issues that arise in their daily practices, and will learn fundamental principles, rules, and insights to help them handle these issues.
