Kevin Noonan, Ph.D., Aaron Gin, Ph.D., and Daniel Gonzalez Jr. filed an amicus brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to grant the petition for a writ of certiorari in the Interactive Wearables, LLC v. Polar Electro Oy case. In the brief, they argue that this case provides a “better opportunity” for the court to clarify 101 patent eligibility issues than the American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. v.
