Grantland G. Drutchas is a founder of MBHB and co-Chair of several of the firm’s practice groups, including IP Licensing & Transactions, Opinions & Counseling and PTAB Post Grant Proceedings. He represents clients in intellectual property litigation, clearances, and opinions, and supports their patent licensing efforts by drafting licenses and litigating license disputes. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property law, he counsels clients on global patent portfolio strategies. He represents clients in both jury and bench trials and argues appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. His experience covers a wide variety of industries, including:
