During BIO, we networked with colleagues from around the world at our booth and convention sessions, hosted a reception at Fado Irish Pub and proud sponsor of the North Carolina Pavilion. Billed as the largest global event for the biotechnology industry, 2013 BIO is organized by the Biotechnology Industry Organization. The organization represents more than 1,100 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations across the United States and in more than 30 other nations. BIO members are involved in the research and development of innovative healthcare, agricultural, industrial and environmental biotechnology products.

2013 BIO covered the wide spectrum of life science innovations and application areas.
