MBHB Partners and Patent Docs founders, Kevin E. Noonan, Ph.D. and Donald L. Zuhn, Ph.D., filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in Eli Lilly and Company v. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd. The brief, in support of plaintiff-cross appellant Eli Lilly’s petition for writ of certiorari, was drafted with the assistance of MBHB attorneys Jeffrey P.
